Where in Auckland do you manage?

Across Auckland, run from our Greenlane office. Houses, apartments and townhouses, single properties and portfolios.

Can you take over from another manager mid-tenancy?

Yes. We handle the notice to your current manager, collect the records and keys, and introduce ourselves to your tenants. The tenancy carries on without disruption.

I live overseas. How does that work?

Our International Management arm, led by Jenny Chen, exists for exactly this. Owners offshore get the same service with communication built around their time zone and reporting they can act on from anywhere.

What does management cost?

Fees depend on the property and what you own. Ask for a rental appraisal and you will get the appraisal and the quote in the same conversation, with no obligation.
