Scout reads the group’s data and tells our people where to spend their day: which owners are most likely to list, which agents are worth a recruitment conversation, which buyers fit a listing, and where the records need cleaning. It runs daily on our own operations and is built to license beyond us.
Vector. Paperwork that assembles itself, checked by a person.
Vector drafts the documents a property business runs on: sale and purchase agreements, agency agreements, rental appraisals. Structured data goes in, a populated draft comes out, and a named person reviews every document before it goes anywhere. Every field keeps a record of where its value came from.
The rule underneath it is simple: the system never sends, signs or finalises. People do.
Echo. One update, everywhere at once.
Echo runs a brand’s public presence as one system. Change a phone number, a bio or a logo once and it lands on every channel at the same time, from Google to the property portals to your own websites. Then it keeps watch: analytics come back in real time, search visibility gets tuned, and anything the internet gets wrong about you gets found and fixed.
