Scout. The group’s property intelligence, working every day.
Scout reads the group’s data and tells our people where to spend their day: which owners are most likely to list, which agents are worth a recruitment conversation, which buyers fit a listing, and where the records need cleaning. It runs daily on our own operations and is built to license beyond us.
Vector. Paperwork that assembles itself, checked by a person.
Vector drafts the documents a property business runs on: sale and purchase agreements, agency agreements, rental appraisals. Structured data goes in, a populated draft comes out, and a named person reviews every document before it goes anywhere. Every field keeps a record of where its value came from.
The rule underneath it is simple: the system never sends, signs or finalises. People do.
Echo. One update, everywhere at once.
Echo brings connected marketing accounts, reporting and publishing workflows into one internal workspace for Meros brands. The team can review website, social and search visibility information together. Each connected channel has its own permissions and publishing checks; an update in Echo does not automatically change every external website or property portal.
