When plans change, the group can coordinate a sales appraisal through Professionals, home staging through Spaces for a sale campaign, or carpet and upholstery cleaning through Carpet Lab at turnover. Each service is assessed and quoted for the property; management does not automatically include these additional services.

Can you take over from another manager mid-tenancy?
Yes. We review your current management agreement and notice requirements before arranging the transfer of tenancy records, keys, rent information and outstanding maintenance. I live overseas. How does that work?
